During his two year clerkship for a Federal Judge,
Aaron Eiesland was involved in a number of jury trials. Additionally, the Federal Judge often sat on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Aaron was involved in substantial legal research, and drafted eighteen (18
) 8th Circuit Court of Appeals decisions.
Following the clerkship, Aaron joined the trial firm of
Johnson Eiesland, P.C. He has conducted discovery throughout the United States and has tried several cases both as a solo attorney or the lead attorney. His experience ranges from
complex medical/legal cases, to nursing home assaults, personal injury and construction failures.
Aaron is an avid baseball player and fan. He played amateur baseball
for 14 years after high school. He and his wife, Elizabeth, are active in their community, particularly with Youth and Family Services and the American diabetes Association. Their daughter, Grace, currently takes
up much of their spare time.
