Glen Johnson
Although Glen Johnson now resides in Arizona, he remains a valuable source of information to Johnson Eiesland Law Offices. His experience practicing law for over 35 years, focusing on complex cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, defective products and medical malpractice is an important asset.
Glen is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has served as President of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association and Chairman of the State Bar of South Dakota Ethics Committee and Disciplinary Board. Also, he served as a member of the State Bar of South Dakota Judicial Qualifications Commission.
Other memberships include the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Glen has been recognized by SDTLA as Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1991. His peers have also chosen him to be included in “The Best Lawyers in America.”
In 2003, Glen and Greg Eiesland along with their clients, Vernon and Shawnna Gardner, were presented with the prestigious Steven J. Sharp Public Service Award by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. This was in honor of their efforts in working for greater patient safety to prevent incidents of medical malpractice.
