6.     NURSING COMPLAINTS

The South Dakota Board of Nursing will investigate complaints and may take disciplinary action on nurse licenses, such as warn, censure, or reprimand; probation; limit the license; revoke the license; or dismiss the complaint.  All final actions of disciplinary proceedings, except dismissals, are published at least twice a year in the Board newsletter and are also furnished quarterly to the Attorney General's Office.
